Privacy Statement
Our site has been specifically programmed to the requirements of the way we do business and provide services. All information provided remains with us and is done so through a secure server.

#1	All animals guaranteed captive born, well started, healthy and feeding upon delivery.
#2	Purchaser must notify us within 24hrs of shipment receipt if there are any problems with your purchase.
#3	All credit card sales are final unless item #2 is exercised.
#4	PREPAYMENT ONLY. No purchase will be shipped until payment is received in full and cleared. To see payment methods, click here.
#5	If animals are damaged or deceased in shipping, you the recipient, must file a claim with the airline used.
#6	International shipments will have varying policies and costs in addition to the above depending on destination. This will be discussed prior to time of sale. International shipments will have additional permits and shipping costs depending on the destination. An approximate cost will be provided prior to final sale. All additional costs must be prepaid prior to shipment.
#7	Geckos, Bearded Dragons and some species of snakes undergo ontogenetic (total or partial color change from hatchling or neonate to final adult coloration) color change. This includes all arboreal species and a few others that go through partial ontogenesis. We do not and cannot guarantee final adult coloration on the sale of hatchlings or neonates. We can only show you the parents they were produced from. Typically you get what you breed, however, if you desire a final particular color or pattern it is suggested you purchase older already color and/or pattern changed subadult to adult specimens.

Shipping Policy
Final shipping cost on each order will be determined during phone or email contact within 24 hours of placing the order. Average base costs for shipping methods are listed below. Your total will vary with the amount of insurance needed. All orders shipped insured. All orders have a $10 box charge.

Airfreight Express (same day or overnight delivery expected, insured)

•	US Air PDQ; approximate cost - $62.00 + insurance at a cost of .50 per $100.00 of your order up to $2,500.00.
•	US Air PDQ Other; approximate cost - $62.00 + insurance at a cost of .50 per $100.00 of your order up to $2,500.00. Collect and pick-up will be at the designated Airport Cargo Center. Can use this method only on weekdays.
•	Delta Dash; approximate cost - $63.00, Insurance included ONLY UP TO A VALUE OF $750.

Airfreight Cargo

•	US Air Cargo; (same day delivery, ensured but not guaranteed same day, may take up to 3 days) Approximate cost - $32.00 up to 26lbs + insurance at a cost of .50 per $100.00 of your order up to $25,000.00. Over 26lbs the base price will increase.
•	Delta Air Cargo Priority 1; (Guaranteed 24 hour delivery) Approximate cost - $60.00 up to 37lbs + insurance at a cost of .50 per $100.00 of your order up to $25,000.00. Over 37 lbs the base price will increase.

Overnight Delivery
GECKOS AND BEARDED DRAGONS ONLY, WEATHER PERMITTING. United States Postal Service Express; Average minimum cost is $30.00 unless weight and/or size are excessive.

UPS Overnight
Average minimum cost is $65.00 unless weight and/or size are excessive.

International Shipments
